Small Cabin located on 10 acres with spectacular views! Wake up and look out over the Ouachita mountains! Step out onto the large deck and enjoy a hot cup of coffee and nature! The loft is carpeted and has a Queen mattress. We have a full (tiny-home) kitchen with pots and pans or a grill if you choose to cook. Cute Bathroom with large shower. Blow dryer in cabinet. No cable (unplug and enjoy nature!) But we do have a DVD player and we usually watch TV using our lightning cord on our iPhones!

Tucked into the trees, this sweet, budget minded little house with wi-fi is even more private than our other listing nearby. With great views and access to local mountain bike trails, hiking, fishing, etc. The horse and donkey love to eat out of your hand and you can arrange to meet the other animals, tour the fledgling food forest or just sit and read on the porch. Great retreat!!!!! This tiny house is open and feels spacious and well equipped for a weekend or over nite stay. Located by a stocked pond excellent for fishing. Enjoy serene hiking areas excellent for peace and getting back to nature. Horses are nearby so enjoy watching them play. All the amenities you can imagine, full size refrigerator, oven and microwave and washer and dryer. A romantic picnic area with soft lights and plenty of privacy. Pet friendly! Entire King Suite • Private Lake Balboa Guesthouse

The guest house is separate from the main house and has it’s own parking and access. Keyless entry means no lost keys (code provided prior to arrival). Guests are welcome to use the dock for swimming, relaxing, or fishing. A covered patio with gas grill is also available to guests. NOTE FOR FEBRUARY 2026: our lake has been temporarily lowered so swimming, kayaking, fishing will not be available from our dock.
