It's a scenic 45-minute drive to Rochester. Head down the road and enjoy Lake Pepin. Bring your water toys and enjoy the day

Pepin Marina Retreat: Street Level Loft Apartment

The Pepin Marina Retreat: Main Floor Studio Apartment is across from the Pepin Marina in the quaint village of Pepin Wisconsin. The open floor plan layout is the former home to an ice cream shop built in 2010, with a brand new kitchen and island peninsula, with a view to the lake. This loft-style space is perfect for two people (but could accommodate more kids on pull-out couches for up to 5 people to share). This can be rented solo or in combination with the upstairs cottage apartment!

Studio offers everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay including a queen-sized bed, a living area with a Roku TV, a full kitchen and a bathroom with a step in shower. The lakefront screen porch provides the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a good book. Two sit on top kayaks are included. Bikes are available and hiking and biking trails are just across the street.

There are 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, a spacious kitchen open to a great room that is perfect for socializing, cooking and relaxing, watching the ducks swim by. Dock installed in 2025. The lake is quiet, non motorized, perfect for canoeing/paddle boarding. Easy walk to the village and access to bike trails. 1 mile walk to Lake Minnetonka. Dogs require approval - please message about your dog. Interior is updated, exterior gives a rustic cottage feel. There is no dock.

Grill burgers and relax by the campfire while the sun sets! The Tiny is especially cozy in the winter! Unplug and play cards in the leisure loft! The perfect setting for a couple's retreat! This cozy space is one block from the Twin Cities commuter rail system, halfway between the MSP airport and downtown Minneapolis! Great neighborhood amenities include a corner coffee shop, brew pub, bakery, authentic barbecue joint and breakfast and lunch cafe, all within easy walking distance. This unit is one half of a double bungalow with the hosts living right next door. It is completely private with its own separate entrance.

Little House by Lake Phalen

Stay in your own private home which was recently remodeled and is located one block from Lake Phalen. The home has a full kitchen which is fully stocked. Breakfast and light snacks are included with your stay. The cushioned chairs and the loveseat have covers which are washed between each guest. The large patio located between the homes is a great place to relax and listen to the fountain or enjoy a meal.
