Art, all original, includes paintings, photographs, sculptures, and folk art collected from around the world. Flat screen Smart TV with surround sound, cable TV, and access to Netflix and Pandora. Wi-Fi available throughout apartment. Living room includes wood burning fireplace and desk. Bedrooms connected by large sliding doors making each a private room, or if left open, a sitting room and bedroom. Welcome to our Clackamas Riverfront Guest House—a peaceful riverside retreat blending rustic charm and modern comfort. Relax in your private hot tub and sauna, unwind by the fireplace, and enjoy stunning river views. Fish, kayak, or raft right from the backyard. Bedrooms include white noise machines and earplugs to help with normal traffic during commute hours on our scenic road. This 850 sf. cottage is a century old but was completely updated 12 years ago with era-appropriate furnishings, giving it a period (and safe) feel. Breakfast goodies, art, books, and a woodstove make it cozy. It sits on half an acre so lots of room for kids . It's in SW Portland, minutes from downtown. It's quiet, great for working or vacationing. An outdoor fire pit and gardens make it unique. There's even a zip line for kids. Family gatherings also fine. (Note: There is a $60 fee per dog.)

We are within walking distance to a grocery store, pubs, small restaurants, and the Saturday Cedar Mill Farmers Market. Close by is the entrance to Forest Park, one of the largest urban parks, with 80 miles of trails.

Stay in our beautiful, light-filled, 2-story deluxe apartment perched .5 miles above NW 23rd Ave. and 2 doors down from Forest Park trails. Full kitchen, backyard with mountains and river view, gas fireplace and hi-speed WiFi make this the ideal retreat/work space.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
