Clarkston & Rochester offer a change of scenery or different night life. Both within 15 minutes. *Offers awesome back way into Pine Knob music Theatre. 15-20 minutes. *Sorry No Pets...Too many issues in the past. people ruin it for others.

There is a hottub for cooler Michigan Nights. Option to rent the pontoon boat for an extra charge. Please be advised, there is construction occurring near the property so construction vehicles can be heard on occasion during the day/business hours. We do have an outdoor camera facing the street for deliveries. 30 days Minimum

Private Lake House Suite

Very nice private suite in lake house on col de sac at private lake in our home. If you like peace and quiet in nature setting this is it. Property is on a hillside, so guests are required to use steps and slanted walkways. We live above the suite and would like to share this beautiful place with you. Parking: please park on the street right in front of our house. Don't turn around in the neighbor's driveway across the street.
