Located on a wooded 5 acres with 400 feet of waterfront, you have the North Country seclusion and are still just a 10-minute walk from the amenities of downtown Warroad. My place is close to Winnipeg, 2 hours away and 20 minutes to Kenora. You’ll love it here because of the incredible view, the solitude, the loons, the pristine wilderness, the great swimming and fishing and hiking, the ambiance, and the comfy beds. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

Summer or winter, kick back and enjoy the view of the river with family or friends. This place has its own fire pit, deck and dock on a beautiful quiet bay on the Winnipeg River.
