Pristine Lake Location in Vermont

Our cottage is located on Lake Memphremagog, an international lake shared with Canada. Visit our nearby hobby farm/children’s museum. Kayak, bike or hike to stunning natural settings or take day trips to a variety of interesting destinations, including maple sugar shops, alpaca or dairy farms, golf courses, a ski resort with indoor waterpark; or cross the Canadian border a few miles away and explore Quebec. A boat dock is available for use at our cottage with an access ramp a 1/4 mile away.

We are located 5 miles from Stowe and its attractions, and just a few minutes from downtown Morrrisville with all its amenities. Just upstream from the picturesque Cady’s Fall swimming hole and across the brook from the amazing Cady’s Falls bike trails, our cabin is perched atop the hillside. Enjoy access to the lake and heated pool, open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. This first-floor (upper-level) condo offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a comfortable living space. The open-concept kitchen and dining area flow into a bright, inviting living room, complete with baseboard heating. PLEASE NOTE: There is NO AC in the summer.

Beautiful log wood cottage with a cathedral roof and a wood stove, located right on the shores of Lac Desmarais in Estrie. The dock is the ideal spot for relaxing. The private lake is a protected area (no gas-powered motors allowed) and is brimming with trout and other species of fish each year. A paddle board, canoe and kayak will be at your disposal. The hot tub is available for use all year round. Starting January 2021 : 1 booking = 1 tree replanted through Tree Canada
