We offer a comfy queen bed & if there’s a 3rd occupant, a trundle bed is available. Separate entrance to suite. Located in a quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic. Close to USF, Busch Gardens, Lowry Zoo, & just 12 minutes to downtown. Finally, small dogs are welcome (extra fee applies, see house rules for details) (no cats).

Our one bedroom, one bathroom apartment with a clean stocked kitchen is the perfect place for your next vacation! This is a complete space next to the main property with a private entrance , A/C , parking space, TV cable, Internet/WIFI, First AID, closet space and a sharing Dryer and Washer Machine. Towels, beach chairs and cooler for you to borrow! This premium location offers easy access to restaurants, pharmacies, hospitals, grocery stores and is about 11 miles to Busch Gardens.

This is a relaxing place for a couple, a clean, organized, and cozy place for work or vacation. If you want to enjoy the sunshine state, you are more than welcome to come and visit us. The place is private and has its own entrance where guests could get in and out at their own convenience. The entrance door has a smart lock, the code, and the check-in instructions will be given on the same day two hours before the check-in. The check-in will be at 3 pm and the check-out at 11 am.
