Summer is the perfect time to enjoy our new grill at our lake view cabin in a remote rustic setting amid the Sam Houston National Forest! Nestled in the forest, our private cozy country cabin provides access to a fishing pier sitting on a fully stocked catch & release lake (no license required). Minutes from historic downtown Montgomery & Lake Conroe. Short drive to College Station, Huntsville, The Woodlands. Walk to the nearby Lone Star Hiking Trail or bring your kayaks for fun on the lake.

Cabin Life by Lake Livingston

Kick back and relax in this thoughtfully furnished and designed cabin near Lake Livingston (2nd largest lake in TX)! Come here to picnic or take a canoe (available to rent) out into the lake! You can also fish here all year round! Community pool/gym/dock/boat ramp/picnic area available within walking distance (~5 blocks away - Cabin is not on the water, see map). You'll love this cabin and lake! We live nearby and can answer any questions/share recommendations. We look forward to hosting you!

The Cabin

Relax and renew in beautiful Texas country, located 2 miles from Lake Conroe and local marina with boat launch. Enjoy a cup of coffee from the coffee bar on your wrap-around deck, use the provided grills for a family cookout while cheering on a game of cornhole, then soak in your own private hot tub under the stars. The cabin is the perfect getaway for couples and families alike. As a country getaway, there’s no cable; but plenty of board games, DVD’s, and activities to relax to.

Creekside Cabin 38 - A Quick Weekend Away

Campy little cabin with epic forest views and lots of peaceful outdoor space to explore! Fishing creek in the backyard that connects to Lake Livingston. Less than a mile from Bethy Creek Marina. Perf for families, couple's getaways, groups of friends, or the solo traveler. Take the canoe for a spin! Cast a line in the creek outback! Relax on the porch! Play some vintage games! Make a campfire! Explore surrounding nature! Dip in the creek or a swim in the nearby lake!

Peaceful East Texas getaway

20 acres of relaxation in the piney woods of East Texas. Easily accessible from all directions. This is not a place to exert a lot of energy unless you'd like to visit my firewood splitting department. (I may knock a few dollars off the price if you do!) Owners house is next door, Grill, smoker, fire pit, and additional outdoor shower. Pond is stocked with perch. Beautiful walking trails. Golf cart is onsite but availability may be limited. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish cabin in the forest. Walk a few hundred yards to the Beautiful Lone Star Trail in Sam Houston National Forest. This forest cabin has access to a fishing pier on a fully stocked with native fish (no license required), please follow lake rules. Bring your kayaks and paddle boards to enjoy the lake. Lot's of scenery (forest, wildlife, lakes, countryside, etc), you never know what you can capture, so bring your camera!

Escape to our quaint, cozy cabin just 10 minutes from downtown Huntsville and 3 miles from The Blue Lagoon. Nestled next to one of two creeks on the property you can relax on the front porch, take nature walks, swim in Nelson Creek or sit beneath the pines and watch the stars at night from the private hot tub. The cabin is a studio setup with a comfy queen bed. The sun room has a daybed with a floor trundle. Coffee and bottled water provided.
