An old two-bedroom loft in the heart of Annecy Old Town - with a balcony over the river Thiou. The perfect escape for adventurous couples & families. The medieval street below is bustling with restaurants and street markets; up on the fourth-floor the loft is calm and peaceful. The shaded balcony has views over the rooftops, and the turquoise river directly below. Built-in the 14th century it is full of creaky floorboards and character, as well as modern comforts, including fibre internet.

Appartement dans maison avec espace extérieur

Nous louons un appartement mitoyen de notre maison et entièrement indépendant. Il dispose d'un espace de séjour. Cuisine moderne et équipée (lave-vaiselle, four, frigo, plaque de cuisson, hotte). Nous avons aménagé deux chambres saines et agréable sous comble, l'une suivant l'autre. L'une d'elle possède un lit double. L'autre dispose de deux lits simples. Salle de bain moderne. Aucun vis-à-vis et vue sur un espace vert. Quelque pas de la frontière Suisse, avec place de parking gratuite.

Grand appartement de 55 m² avec entrée privative, chaleureux et cosy accolé a notre chalet principal il est composé d’une cuisine équipée ( plaque vitrocéramique, micro-ondes, four, cafetière senséo, appareil à raclette.) d’un grand salon d’une chambre ( lit 2 personnes, dressing ) d’une salle de bains ( douche 90/120, lavabo et toilette ) au calme l’appartement est spacieux et peut accueillir 2 personnes Animaux non acceptés Le ménage du logement est à effectuer avant votre départ.

Our house is the starting point to one of the best walks in Switzerland (according to Lonely Planet) and can take you to the emerald waters of Lac Tanay. In the winter, your family can enjoy the 250-meter long bunny hill ski slope just 100 meters away. I think 'absolutely quaint' is the best description.
