Come and enjoy WNY winter sports!! We are ideally located for skiing, tubing and boarding directly between Peek N Peek (43 miles) or Holiday Valley (40 miles). There are snowmobile trail heads 5 miles from our location. Come visit our local wineries in a private non-shared stay. There are also plenty of restaurants, golf courses, antique shops, cider mills, and grocery stores all within a short drive.

Hike or bike the towpath trail, ski Boston Mills or Brandywine, and enjoy a concert at the G.A.R. Hall. Special arrangements can be made in advance for special events, send us an inquiry! No parties or large gatherings without prior notification. No pets, not suitable for children under 12.

Pet Friendly Stable 2, 5 miles from Island Ferries

The stable rooms are individual (double occupancy) rooms with private baths. Built in 1880 the stables fronted with an open courtyard is where guests once mounted their horses to enter the marshy Lake Erie countryside hunting for ducks & pheasant. The dutch doors of the stable rooms are still in place to allow you to enjoy the country air! Enjoy the Lodge kitchen (coffee maker, fridge, microwave), sitting room (tvs), and vintage bikes to cruise around the property at your leisure.

Tack up and enjoy a horseback ride with our wide variety of horses for kids, beginners, or experienced riders (western or English) for an additional $30 per person, or just enjoy feeding and petting all the animals with our complementary treats. 20 minutes from Port Stanley beach, and 30 minutes from shopping and dining in London.
