Yeti Summit Studio STR-2-2024-013

Yeti Summit is a separate unit behind the main house in a peaceful neighborhood, just two miles from Ouray. This charming space offers a private deck, hot tub, kitchenette, 3/4 bath, and a luxury king bed. Enjoy morning coffee or a sunset glass of wine on the deck while listening to Corbett Creek. The Dallas Trailhead is a short walk away, or bike/drive to the famous Ouray Hot Springs Pool. Per county ordinance, only one trailer is allowed on-site, with additional parking options available.

Bedroom 1 has an attached bath with tiled walk in shower. Kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Huge 12' x 36' second story deck with amazing views. This cabin has a private wall that divides it from the cabin next door. Fully contained and private access. Our own little Oasis in the center of beautiful and remote Lake City. You can walk to many restaurants and shops in just a few minutes. Charcoal grills and picnic tables throughout the property for you to enjoy an outside picnic. This small cabin is quaint and comfortable with all amenities. Occasionally there is live music at the restaurants nearby that ends 9-9:30pm

Two Bedroom Cabin Sleeps 2-4 1 Queen bed 2 Twin beds Living room with seating and tv Kitchen with dining table 1 bath with shower The kitchen has pots, pans, tableware, silverware, a microwave, a fridge, and an oven. Every cabin has bed linens, pillows, and extra pillows. The bathroom has body towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not supply seasonings or coffee. Coin laundry, The Lost Sock Laundromat is located at 808 Gunnison Ave.
