This place was an old boarding house for the miners. It sits on the side of a mountain up Cunningham Gulch with the most spectacular view you’ll ever see. The best part of it is you can ride your four wheelers right from the house to hit any of the trails. It has a huge kitchen that should have everything that you need. Our 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2,500 square foot townhome was built in 2020 and is located directly across from Purgatory Resort and is 24 miles north of downtown Durango (less then a 30 minute drive). The home is perfect for multiple families as it features two living spaces on different floors as well an open floor plan, cathedral ceilings, high end appliances and great views. There are 2 TVs in the house (1 in each living space) and the main floor living space features a gas fireplace.
