*The lake is currently low.* This is a shabby and "chique-less" old fishing camp, but it might be the sweetest backyard sittin' spot on the lake. Shade trees & long views. NO CLEAN FREAKS ALLOWED. This place is held together with chewing gum and baling wire. There is substantial deferred maintenance & clutter of junk. If you don't like dirt, dust, bugs, peeling paint, bad floors & sagging doors, this is not the place for you. It’s like camping indoors. A roof over your head, a decent bed & AC.

(I am in process of updating my photos, )The bunkhouse is a private guest suite...separate from house, with it's own shady deck, lake view, and lots of private beach. It is a NON-SMOKING property. This means no smoking anywhere.. Pets are allowed ( dogs) if meet guidelines listed in "other details". ( I also have a guestroom in the house that is listed on Airbnb that sleeps 2 ) I will consider allowing 1 perhaps 2 dogs, MAKE SURE you read additional info in "Other Details" below..

Roast s'mores in the firepit, play volleyball, fish off the dock...really great cove for kayaking! Or just use as a launch pad for Hill Country exursions.

The swimming pool never closes. We rent another cabin and RV so it is possibly shared .
