El alojamiento es perfecto para 4 personas o parejas con 2 hijos.T iene una habitación con cama de matrimonio de 150cm y baño en suite, y otra habitación con cama doble de 135cm y baño fuera de la misma. Está situado en una zona muy cercana al centro de Valencia, al que se puede llegar paseando en 15 minutos. Está muy bien comunicado con metro y con autobús con toda la ciudad y con el aeropuerto. Se encuentra a 100 metros del estadio de Mestalla, pero la zona es muy tranquila y familiar.
