Industrial Apartment in the Old Town

The industrial apartment, built in 1908, is located in the historic old town of Tbilisi, just a ten-minute stroll from Freedom Square. The decor retains the authentic charm of the old town and adds a modern touch to it. The building next door was being renovated for couple of months, but the work has been finished. We had a temporary problem with the central heating (two heaters were not fully heating up) but we solved it. We also purchased an additional electric heater in case of necessity.

The apartment is located on second floor in a newly renovated historic building in the center of old town, which is touristic center of Tbilisi. Freedom square is in 150 meters. Rustaveli av. and Metro station is in 3mins walking distance. In the bedroom there is King size bed and also sofa, that opens up and fits two more people. The apartment is equipped with all necessary items: Air conditioner, heating system,french balcony,Wifi,Tv-cable,Fridge,washing machine, iron, hair dryer.

The saparate fully isolated apartment is located in a fundamental Stalin-era building close to the Dry Bridge, with an elevator and courtyard in the historical district of the capital of Georgia Tbilisi. 1 minute to the pedestrian street like Old Arbat, 6 minutes on foot to the presidential palace. The designer and the artist created the interior taking into account the reef of the best hotels, able to convey the atmosphere of the Moorish Renaissance with elements of the East and eclecticism.

Cozy apartment, in vintage style, is located in Old Tbilisi, on the third floor in Tbilisian yard, near from Freedom square. Apartment is on -8 minute walk from subway and bust stations. Any interesting part of the city can be reached on foot and is really close from our place. Everything is near: Theatre and Opera buildings, old churches, museums, cafes and restaurants.
