Här har du allt du behöver för ett kortare boende. Lägenheten ligger centralt på Limhamn nära till Malmö Arena (ca 4 km) och till Malmö city (ca 5 km). Här finns en dubbelsäng, en soffa, ett litet matrumsbord, pentry med kylskåp, spis med två plattor, ugn samt mikrovågsugn. I badrummet finns toalett, handfat, dusch och tvättmaskin. I lägenheten finns också en öppen spis. Det är dock inte tillåtet att elda i den men lite stämningsfulla ljus går bra att tända. Fritt Internet och stort TV-utbud.

Här finns tillgång till WiFi, tvättstuga och närhet till det mesta man kan behöva. Promenadavstånd till Möllans marknadsplats, ett flertal matbutiker samt restauranger, parker, lekplatser samt tåg och buss. Varmt välkomna!

Egen ingång och egen liten uteplats. Beläget i lugnt villaområde ( Solbacken) nära både centrala Malmö och havet. Parkering finns på gatan mot liten avgift, utmärkta kommunikationer till centrum/Köpenhamn/Skåne. Vi har inga djur och talar svenska, danska, engelska, franska och lite italienska.

A two-storey house with open plan living. The house is located in old Limhamn near the sea, in a very pleasant area in Malmö. Close to restaurants, shops and marina. Lovely beaches and swimming in easy walking distance. Guests have access to their own patio with garden furniture and barbecue. You easily reach Malmö city center in 15 minutes by bus or bicycle. You can also easily and quickly reach Copenhagen by train from Hyllie station which is 5 km from our house.

Bus stop to Lund, Lomma Storgata, is about 700m from the house. Trains to Malmö leave frequently.
