Do glavnog trga ima 100 metara te do muzeja Iluzija i muzeja stakla ima 50 metara. Smještaj je okružen raznim restoranima i spomenicima. U blizini su mjesta za zabavu i ducani . Do plaze ima oko 10 minuta hoda. Do morskih orgulja i pozdrava suncu ima oko 10 minuta hoda.

Apartment Mikulandra 4 new and modern apartment situated on the second floor with its own large terrace and a spectacular sea view. It contains a fully equipped kitchen. It also has SAT TV, wi-fi, airconditioning and nearby locked parking. The terrace on the ground floor has a BBQ you can use while watching the beautiful sunset. There are two sunbads for you. This property is situated directly by the seaside. You’ll love my place because of the views, the huge terrace that overlooks the entire town, the location in the center of town close to all events but at the same time an oasis of peace. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
