Charming location in the heart of Berlin. Our house is spacious, enjoyable, full of natural light and quietness. Make yourself at home: The ground floor has a large living room with kitchen. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a study/music-room. The large attic provides sleeping accommodation for 3 to 4 people. Maximum of 11 people can have an unforgetable stay in our comfortable home. The house is available mostly during the week but at the weekend as well. Check the availability. With its beautiful backyard it offers many relaxing moments during your stay in Berlin. Total number of beds: - In the attic: a double bed and 2 single beds - Upstairs: one double bed in room 1, a loft bed for two people and a single bed in room 2; -in the study-room there are 2 sofa-beds There is 1 large bathroom with bath tub and a shower and one guest toilet more on the ground floor. In walking distance (5 Min.) there are many restaurants, three bakeries, a video store and a LIDL-supermarket. The metro station "Südende" (S 25) is in 5-8 Min walking distance. By the metro you get in 10 Min. to Potsdamer Platz and in 15 Min. to the Brandenburger Tor. By bus 282 you can get quickly (10 Min) to the shopping street “Schloßstraße” with many shops, malls, restaurants, cafes, theaters and cinema. The train station "Südkreuz" can be reached by the metro (S-Bahn 25) in 5 minutes. Make yourself comfortable at our home and take care of it as your own home!!! ;-))))

This beautiful little house is at times my working studio and at times it gives place to artists or non-artists who are looking for a quiet place to work or a quiet place to draw back or to come back to in the evening! It is a walk-down studio, which is very light because of the skylight in the middle of the room. Cafés, restaurants, stores and supermarkeds are all around. Public transportation is great and in walking distance. Coming out of the quiet backyard, the streets are very lifely.

Unser Haus ist zu jeder Jahreszeit ein gemütlicher Rückzugsort für Jedermann. Neben einer Gaszentralheizung kann man auch den grossen Kaminofen anfeuern und auch auf dem, mit Holz zu befeuernden, Herd kochen. Im Sommer halten wir in unserem schönen Blumen , Obst und Gemüsegarten eine grosse Liegewiese, eine BBQ Feuerschale mit Grillring und einem grossen Essplatz mit Sonnenschirm für Euch bereit. Wenn es mal regnet haben wir auch eine kleine gemütliche Terrasse mit Panoramafenster.

Unser Haus liegt ganz im Norden von Berlin, zu Fuß sind es 15 min bis zu den verschiedensten Supermärkten und zur S-Bahn die euch in 20 min ohne umsteigen zum Potsdamer Platz oder zum Alexanderplatz ( einmal umsteigen) bringt. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, perfekt zum entspannen nach einem aufregenden Tag in unserer Stadt. Im Garten stehen ein Grill und eine kleine Terrasse zur Verfügung.

Hello, we rent out a cozy vacation home (approx. 50 m2) in the countryside for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. You can have a meal or a barbecue outside in the garden. From there you can easily reach the city center by public transport. Important: In Berlin, a city tax of 7.5% is levied on the accommodation price including cleaning. Please pay this separately at the accommodation.

"Remise Graefekiez" – a carriage house from 1890 with a private garden; a quiet hideaway and holiday retreat in the second backyard of Fichtestraße, right in the heart of the Graefekiez (Kreuzberg). The price includes a 15.5% Airbnb service fee. The Berlin City Tax (7.5%) is listed separately and also included in the final price. We use 100% green electricity.
