Holiday House Ursa with heated pool, 700m to beach

Unique, traditional stone and wood house, completely renovated in such a way as to retain its originality, with lots of rustic details. The house offers very romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

We are located in Čižići, island Krk,approximately 100-meter walk from the main beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with free on-site shaded parking. The apartment is a one bedroom with a queen-sized bed that sleeps two and a single bed that sleeps one, kitchen, dining area, living room and the bathroom. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden and a private pool. There is also a covered terrace with a large table and a grill. There are two double rooms and one triple room on the first floor. The house has underfloor heating and all rooms are air conditioned. Each room has a television with a satellite receiver.
