Access to 300 ft. of shoreline (fishing, paddleboarding, kayaking), 5 min drive to downtown CDA, the CDA golf course, the Centennial Trail and 10 min to great running/hiking trails. Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in. The nearest public beach is 5 minutes away.
