It is 3+1 dublex flat at the first floor. All rooms have nice fresh air. Big shopping mall (5 Migros) takes 10 minutes by walk. Beaches takes 5 minutes by walk and Beach Park takes 15 minutes by walk. Bus station takes 2-3 minutes by walk. Hosted room has a double bed, one wardrope and one big mirror. The room is in downstairs and downstair has one room (host room) one shared bathroom and small hall. My room, hobby room, common room, kitchen with full equipment and toilet in entrance.
