Ruhige Wohnlage inmitten von Gärten. Nur wenige Gehminuten bis zum Kochelsee, der Schiffsanlegestelle, dem Franz Marc Museum. In direkter Nähe gibt es ein breites Freizeit- und Kulturangebot.

Diese umfassend renovierte Wohnung befindet sich in einem großartigen Zustand und erstreckt sich auf dem Hochparterre eines in den 1930ern erbauten Bauernhauses, welches mit viel Liebe zum Detail wieder auf Vordermann gebracht wurde. Die ganze Wohnung mit ihrer individuellen Atmosphäre steht zur vollen Verfügung. Hier kann man mal ungestört durchatmen!
