It is steps away from Kleinhan's Music Hall, Pausa and the Allentown Strip; a walk or short drive to Canalside, the Theater District, Elmwood Village, Rotary Rink, Keybank Center, and The Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus. Your hosts, Cathy and Mike are on site to answer questions about all things local and to direct you to the food and drink of your choosing. * Suitable for 2 children 12 and under - no extra charge.

Down town Buffalo, Entire house

This House consist of a classic downtown Buffalo Double/duplex, it stretching​ over three floors with internal access to each apartment. This is why you will have two kitchens, three living rooms, seven bedrooms and 2.5 baths. 4 balconies, 2 gass grills. The basement is primarily our use, and it's a separate side entrance. There is a studio in the basement that I on occasion use. The only shared space would be if you want access to the washer and dryer, upon request for longer stays.

FYI, the unit can be noisy at night, especially on the weekend, and is on the third floor.
