The basement has an additional bedroom (no egress window) with a queen bed and half bath. The home has many updates while retaining vintage charm. Just minutes away from Makoshika State Park and the Yellowstone River, you'll have easy access to outdoor adventures. Plus, steps away a park with a splash pad and playground.

This new 1200 square foot single family home was designed for comfort and functionality. You will have a spacious fully stocked kitchen with a large island for food prep and dining. The 12 x 16 deck with ramp provides an easily accessed outdoor area. The guest bathroom contains a bathtub/shower and laundry closet perfect for longer stays and for families with children. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and master bathroom with double sinks and grab bars in the walk-in shower.

In addition, we hope you enjoy the neighboring farmland - it is right next door where you may get to spy deer and other wildlife. This ranch-style home has many of the original features from when it was built by our family in the 1973.
