The Grain Store is a boutique studio style unit located on the western end of the Kangaroo Island Brewery production shed. A one bedroom studio with a queen bed, kitchenette, and a weber q on the deck. We are completely off-grid! A comfy sofa bed and heater for those cold nights. Great panoramic views of Nepean Bay and MacGillivray Hills. Walk to the KIB cellar door in 30 seconds! The private outdoor area and lounge overlooks our spacious garden with your own BBQ.

A spacious cottage with an exposed beam, cathedral ceiling living room, two queen downstairs bedrooms and an upstairs attic bedroom - set in a secluded, bush garden with grassy area - only 2 minutes to beach or walk along beach to town for good coffee. Please note, the garden is fully fenced and we do accept pets, however this does attract an additional fee of $40 per animal (regretfully, because of our many small birds, we do not accept cats).

Searenity Holiday Apartment, Emu Bay

This luxury apartment consists of a spacious master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. All bed linen and bath towels are included. For meal preparation there is a well-equipped kitchen. PLEASE NOTE: This apartment is not suitable for children. We pride ourselves on providing a very high standard of presentation and customer service and are there to greet you on arrival to hand you the keys and answer any questions.
