Un rêve de maison cycladique surplombant la mer

Bienvenue en Grèce, dans ma maison ! C’est une maison familiale, typiquement cycladique. Elle a appartenu à mes grand-parents et j’ai essayé d’en garder l’esprit, tout en l’adaptant aux exigences de la vie d’aujourd’hui . Une maison de village, accessible par un charmant escalier, elle est totalement protégée des bruits de la route. Exposée plein sud, (très important, car à l’abri du meltemi, vent du nord qui souffle en rafale tout l’été) , elle surplombe Klima, un pittoresque village de pêcheurs ( à 20mn à pied et 3mn en voiture) et toute la baie intérieure. Environnement très calme de grecs qui vivent là toute l’année et qu’il faut respecter. Des terrasses où prendre son petit déjeuner, et profiter des couchers du soleil incendiaires. A l’intérieur une première grande pièce commune, cuisine, salon avec un petit canapé, une salle de douche et WC, une belle chambre avec son « doulapi » (placard ) inclus dans le mur. Les plafonds sont restés traditionnels, poutres et kalami récemment blanchis à la chaux et dont la vertu est de protéger du bruit et de la chaleur, mais ni des moustiques, araignées et insectes qui peuvent nous rendre visite en dépit des soins constants apportés à la propreté de la maison ! Malgré tout, même si nous sommes tout près de la mer, nous sommes aussi dans la campagne grecque, celle des oliviers, des cyprès, et d’une flore typiquement cycladique; du chant des cigales et des grillons, la nuit tombée. Avec au loin, les clochettes des moutons et le braiment d’un âne. Ce qui rendra votre séjour dépaysant et je l'espère unique !

Marilia's Traditional House

Our fully renovated 55 sq.m house, located in Triovasalos, has preserved its traditional style! It consists of one bedroom, a second space with a raised wooden double bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom and a private large terrace outside. Your stay at the property combines the tranquility of nature with easy access to the beaches, the surrounding villages and the capital of the island. There is free parking next to the house. We will be happy to be part of your vacation!

Traditional Antigoni's house

The apartment is only 600m from the port. 50 m away from the house there is a traditional greek tavern . Supermarket, bakery and other shops are available a fev metres away of the house. The organised and sandy beach of Papikinos is only 400 metres on foot. .Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται 600 μέτρα από το λιμάνι του Αδάμαντα,στα 50 μέτρα βρίσκεται ένα παραδοσιακό ταβερνάκι.Στα 200 μέτρα υπάρχει σούπερ μάρκετ και άλλα μαγαζιά. Η αμμώδης, οργανωμένη παραλία του Παπικινού είναι στα 400 μέτρα.

Where history meets modern design… Welcome to our “Sunset Mansion”. This is a fully renovated luxurious contemporary house of the 1840s, previously owned by nobles of the traditional settlement of Plaka. High ceilings, very ample spaces,, a veranda offering a unique sunset view and a design which combines simplicity and luxury are some of the key aspects characterizing this special house. We can welcome up to eight guests, each one featuring its own private bathroom.

Kalimerenas

Situated within an estate of 500m2 in the picturesque village of Plakes you will find the stone house of “Kalimerena“. A small (35m2) functional and very quiet house, away from the noise, very close to the capital of Plaka (a 5 minute walk) and the centre of the island. Built at the beginning of the 20th century out of stone the house was recently renovated and combines a traditional atmosphere with the comfort of a modern and simple decoration.

Matilda - Cycladic Apartment

Our Apartment was built respecting the Cycladic, traditional architecture and following minimal aesthetics. The apartment is suitable for 3 up to 4 persons! We are located in Triovasalos village, where the closest beaches are Fyropotamos, Plathiena and Sarakiniko. Plaka, the capital city of the island, is only 800m away. By foot you can also reach Tripiti village, the Ancient Roman Theatre, Catacombes and the fishing villages Klima and Mandrakia.

Detached house of 55 sq.m with modern design and traditional touches.Fully renovated in 2016.It's located in a quiet location with unique view to the bay of Milos!Just 1,5 km from Plaka (capital), 850 m from the Catacombs and 3,5 Km from Adamas port. The house is suitable for couples and families with children. It has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with sea view balcony, living room, bathroom and 2 large verandas with unobstructed view!

Mandrakia Apartment

Το σπίτι μας είναι δίπλα στην θάλασσα με υπέροχη θέα. Υπάρχει κοντά μας μια γραφική ταβέρνα, με πολύ καλό φαγητό, καθώς και μια παραλία. Λόγοι που θα σας αρέσει ο χώρος μας: ο εξωτερικός χώρος, το περιβάλλον, η θέα, το φως, η καθαρή θάλασσα και άνετο κρεβάτι. Ο χώρος μας είναι κατάλληλος: για ζευγάρια, για δραστηριότητες για ένα άτομο, για επαγγελματίες ταξιδιώτες καθώς και για οικογένειες με παιδιά.

Μερσινιά

Φιλοξενούμε σε τρία ακόμη σπίτια στην Κίμωλο. Vroulidi Xaplovouni Makropounta Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη και όμορφη γειτονιάσε απόσταση πέντε λεπτών με τα πόδια από το κέντρο του χωριού. Δίπλα στην στάση του λεωφορείου, απέναντι από το mini market Kiki και πάνω από το δωρεάν δημοτικό πάρκινγκ. Η ταxύτητα του internet είναι πολύ καλή και πολλοί επισκέπτες έρχονται και για εξ' αποστάσεως εργασία.
