Old Maidenhayne Farmhouse Annex

The annex is part of an old farmhouse. It was built in 1850’s and we have been renovating it since we bought it in 2022. It is unique, rustic, and has country charm. It has it’s own entrance with two bedrooms, one king and one double, and a shower room upstairs. Downstairs there is a large comfortable living room with a wood burning stove and a separate kitchen. Outside the annex there is a patio/courtyard all set up for a bbq . The main garden is shared with us and is on different levels.

Access is via a gate and mown path across a field. Please note: there is no vehicle access to the cottage.

Kilnside was rebuilt from an existing outbuilding into a luxury, self-catering cottage with work finishing at the beginning of 2020. The Cottage was converted in 2020, the original building is a Victorian Smithy. The property has the charm of an old cottage but is modern, stylish and light and airy.
