Exeter City is just 6 miles away and the rest of glorious Devon is within easy reach by car. Parking for 1 car if require a second space please contact prior to stay to arrange.

A studio annex, providing a perfect space for work or leisure. The annex includes a double bed, cooking and eating area, washing facilities and a bathroom. A cot could be added if required. Wifi and a television are also provided. The property is right next to the bus stop and the train station is a 5 minute walk. convenience store and takeaways right on the door step as well as a pub which serves food and a fantasti italian Charging for an electric vehicle can be provided at an additional cost

Martinsfield Farm Cottage

We are a national trust tenant farm with sheep, cattle, veg and pet pigs. 4 miles from Exeter centre. . Broadclyst has 2 pubs and 1 Indian restaurant. A great outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Please note there will be an extra charge for pets. It has 1 bedroom with a king size bed 1 bedroom with 2 single beds The 3rd sleeping area is a double sofa bed in the kitchen Please read the house manual on how to operate the hot water & heating

Dartmoor/Exmoor/the Jurassic coast beaches and many national trust properties are within easy reach. Reg buses to Exeter/Tiverton village has a shop/Post office and pub that does food & Sunday roast. Lots of lovely walks on the doorstep and v private. Suitable for a couple/individual ( no kids or pets)

The town boasts two local pubs and the nearby National Trust attraction of Killerton House and Gardens.

Exeter City centre is only 15 mins drive with Exeter Airport and the M5 - J29 & J30 also less than 10 mins drive. We are in close proximity to Rockbeare Manor wedding venue. We are ideally suited if flying from Exeter Airport. There is also a train station at Cranbrook on the Waterloo line 5 mins away.

Many years ago, this barn was used to press the apples from the farm's orchards to make cider. Now, thoughtful and creative restoration has turned it into a very special place for two, peacefully situated on our family-run organic dairy farm. Sitting high above the Culm Valley it has stunning views of our farm and the surrounding countryside and is perfectly placed for exploring the beautiful north & south coast, Dartmoor & Exmoor National Parks. Hayes End is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom single storey cottage located in the popular village of Whimple in East Devon. It is a short walk from a shop, 2 pubs and a train station and is a great base from which to explore the many delights of Devon. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 king sized beds (one of which can be split into singles), sitting/dining room with wood burner. The cottage has parking for 2 cars and a small courtyard garden for bbqs.
