Larriston Coach House is a large four-bedroomed cottage, part of a very rural 19th century farm steading on 28 acres, with 2,500 acres of hillside starting at the doorstep. It's right on the Scottish Border, close to Kielder and Newcastleton (both five miles away), and ideal for visiting Kielder observatory, Kielder Forest, the Borders or north Northumberland. Just a mile away from Kielder Reservoir we're a brilliant base for a stay in beautiful Northumberland. Amenities include a wood burning stove, kitchen (fridge, freezer, hob oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Tassimo coffee machine), wide-screen TV, comfy sofa and armchairs, dining area, double bed, velux window in the bedroom for stargazing & en-suite bathroom with shower.

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.
