Villa Natali is a holiday home in a quiet village of Kavran. The villa has 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a total area of 130 m2. The outdoor area includes a 24 m² swimming pool, a sunbathing area with sun loungers, a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Both bedrooms have access to the first floor terrace. The villa is fully air conditioned, all rooms are covered with wifi signal and there are 2 outdoor parking spaces.

Vila Anabel, central Istria - bazen i priroda

I na gornjem katu možete uživati i odmarati na terasi.

House Oleandar is equipped with new and antique furniture, and a unique blend of modern and traditional ways of life. It consists of two residential units (apartments), which will ensure you more intimacy during your stay. A special charm of the house gives a beautiful garden that extends to 1500 m2 ideal for children or pets. In the garden there are olive trees, kažun (one of the symbols of Istria), a summer kitchen, pool and a covered parking.

This new renovated four star villa in the narrow centre of Pula is an ideal place to spend your holiday with just a 5 minute walk from the famous Roman amphitheatre surrounded with historical museums and monuments. Nearby there are numerous bars and restaurants with fine Mediterranean food and wine selection. The big garden placed at the back of the house guarantees perfect summer nights, during which you can relax and cool off in the pool.

Our traditional istrian stone house is renovated 2020. In front of the house you will find a large covered terrace wich is ideal for relaxing and preparing grilled meals. You can enjoy the natural shade under the hundert years old tree that dominates the courtyard and find refreshment in the pool during warmer summer days, and in the heated pool outside the warm season.
