Βρίσκεται λίγα μέτρα από το Λαογραφικό Μουσείο και τρία λεπτά από το πάρκινγκ στο Πλατύ Πηγάδι. Ο χώρος ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2025, είναι καθαρός και φιλόξενος για δύο άτομα με όλες τις ανέσεις που παρέχει ένα πλήρως λειτουργικό δωμάτιο για τη διαμονή σας. Το ένα μπαλκόνι έχει μαγική θέα στα σαγηνευτικά βουνά της Σίφνου ενώ το δεύτερο βρίσκεται στα γραφικά σοκάκια του Κάστρου.
