Located in the most stunning setting overlooking Kastel Bay, this villa has been designed with outdoor living and relaxation in mind. Be sure to visit Trogir which is just a 20 minute drive away and enjoy walking around the cobbled streets filled with restaurants and ice cream parlors. It’s also worth exploring the city of Split with it’s much loved ambiance.there is a gym and a sauna to keep guests active.The villa is directly in front of a train track where trains pass around three times a day

Modern studio apartment

This modern studio apartment is ideally located between Split and Trogir, just a 3-minute walk from the train station and 12 minutes from the beach. Guests can enjoy the garden and a shared swimming pool (shared with one other apartment and the owners). The pool is available from April to November. Free private parking is provided. The apartment also includes a balcony with beautiful views of the sea and Split. Please note that the balcony is detached from the apartment, as shown in the photos.

The entire property is for one group of guests and during your stay nothing is shared with anyone. Distance from the center of Split & Trogir is 20min. , Airport SPLIT (SPU) and yacht marine 10min. , beach and sea 7min. The whole property is available exclusively to our guests and they have complete privacy.
