Cottage in Karlskrona archipelago

A detached house on Saltö, Karlskrona, with sea view and 50 m from the private landing jetty, placed on municipal shore. Access to a small rowing boat is included in the price. The hosts speak English and a bit German. Maximum guests are two adults and two children. The house is situated close to the owners house, but still has its privacy with a large terrace attached and access to an own part of the garden. Cleaning is done by the guests. Bed linen and towels can normally not be provided.

Saltö Gästhus

Gästhus på Saltö i Centrala Karlskrona (10 min promenad till centrum). Har alla bekvämligheter med kök, badrum inkl. tvättmaskin, uteplats. Gästhuset är 28 kvm plus sovloft. Sovloftet har en 140 cm bred säng, samt så är soffan en bäddsoffa (160 cm) som kan nyttjas. Nära till Dragsö Camping, Saltö badstrand och till centrum. Fri parkering i området. Gästhuset ligger fristående på tomten, intill huvudfastigheten. Egen ingång. Finns tillgång till TV med chromecast, och kanaler vi tele2 app.

Mysig och nyrenoverad lägenhet i vackra Karlskrona. Boendet är 25 kvm och består av ett rum med säng, bäddsoffa, matplats, tv och sitthörna. Ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum. Bra förvaringsmöjligheter om du skulle välja att stanna längre. I huset finns det en gemensam tvättstuga som du kan använda, dock måste du boka en tid och detta kan värden hjälpa dig med. Boendet ligger centralt i Karlskrona och har närhet till matbutiker, havet, gym, tågstation, kollektivtrafik & restauranger.

Ljust inredd stuga på 30m2 färdigställd våren 2021. Havsnära läge med delvis sjöutsikt på Sjuhalla, 1,5 km utanför Nättraby i Karlskronas vackra skärgård. Öppen planlösning med kök och vardagsrum. Utfällbart köksbord för att spara utrymme vid behov. Vardagsrummet har TV och bäddsoffa med två bäddar. Rymligt badrum med dusch. Sovrum med dubbelsäng och garderob. Sovloft med dubbelsäng. Möblerad altan med delvis havsutsikt och grill.

Modern stuga med panorama utsikt över Karlskrona skärgård belägen ca 10 m från havet. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår bäddat o klart när ni kommer. Tillgång till barnvänlig strand som delas med värdfamilj. Boendet lämpar sig för familj upp till 4 personer. Vid sidan av detta boende finns även en lägenhet för 2 personer att hyra på Airbnb den heter Seaside apartment. Även huvudhuset går att hyra när vi är bortresta. ”Villa archipelago”

Stugan renoverades 2024/2025 och erbjuder en öppen planlösning i ett modernt och välutrustat boende med hög standard.
