An ideal place to stay as it is the heart of the Village – centrally located – and simultaneously a quite place to stay – as no cars can enter the Castro Area.

In Karavostasis is located the "Beachfront Cycladic House". A stylish, spacious and functional house, with unlimited view of the deep blue waters of the Aegean Sea. The house has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a living room with a sofa that becomes a double bed, a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. The accommodation has easy access from the road where you can park your vehicle. It is located on the Chochlidia beach and 3.5 km from Chora. It can accommodate up to 4 people.

Επισης στο σπιτι υπάρχει μπάνιο (ΜΗ ΑΝΑΚΑΙΝΙΣΜΕΝΟ). Όπως λειτουργούν ολα τα σπίτια του νησιού, υπάρχει εσωτερική αντλία διανομής του νερού.
