Το σπίτι διαθέτει διπλό κρεβατι (140 Χ200), smart tv, wi-fi, κλιματισμό, μικρή κουζίνα με δυο εστίες, θερμοσίφωνα, ψυγείο, τοστιέρα, βραστήρα, μικρό μπαλκόνι με θεα στο ηλιοβασίλεμα κ στη θάλασσα.
