Συνδιάζει το παραδοσιακό χτισιμο με πετρα με μικρες σύγχρονες πινελιές.Βρισκεται στο κέντρο του νησιού στο χωριό Πλάτανος. Πολλες όμορφες παραλίες όπως το Κηπιάδη, ο Κήπος, Κακη Λαγκάδα , το Αλάτι βρίσκονται πολύ κοντά στο σπίτι. Summer house on the bay

A comfortable little house with a garden that opens on the bay and the sea, offering a magnificent view of the sunset. A 10-minute walk takes you to the Alykes salt pans, where there is a "Natura" park with pink flamingos in the right season, normally in spring and autumn. Behind the house there is a private parking. Renting a car is highly recommended for getting around the area, visit villages and beaches, shopping, etc.

Το N e r a d u House είναι ένα όμορφο παλιό ισόγειο πέτρινο στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Φαναριωτατικα. Eίναι το τρίτο στην σειρά πλήρως ανεξάρτητο οίκημα σε ένα ανακαινισμένο συγκρότημα τριών κατοικιών της Villa Callista , του Rasalu house και του N e ra d u house και περιβάλλεται από έναν υπεραιωνόβιο ελαιώνα. Ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2022 με στόχο να παραμείνει όπως ήταν πριν από 200 χρόνια.
