Byt je v přízemí domu. Skládá se z velkého pokoje - který je rozdělen pergolou na obývací a spací část, dále kuchyně a koupelny s WC. Naše chata je místem pro každého, kdo rád čerpá energii v přírodě - ať už v páru nebo v poklidné společnosti přátel a rodiny. Najdete ji v dubovo-borovicovém lese poblíž Borovan na jihu Čech v krásné přírodě nedaleko od Novohradských hor. I když to tak na první pohled nemusí vypadat, v okolí jsou sousedé, na které ale od chaty není vidět. Vychutnejte si posezení u praskajícího krbu s knihou a šálkem čaje nebo snídani na terase. V chatě není wifi, užijte si tak čas strávený opravdu spolu.

The entry to the bedroom with twin beds leads through the hallway. The spacious bathroom provides to our guests a comfortable bathtub with a shower.

Furnished two-room ground-floor apartment 2+kk, size 40 m2, is located in a historic villa - Villa Harmony, from 1910, in a quiet neighborhood, near the castle and the Jelenka park and parking lot. The apartment includes a room with a double bed and a fully equipped kitchenette, a room with two separate beds, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet, and an anteroom. The bathroom with toilet is pass-through when going to the second room - it is located between two rooms.

The attic space is adapted to a duplex apartment with a total living area of over 100m² for 2-5 people. In order to preserve the authenticity of the land, we have resigned to the construction of the walls between the room, the whole apartment is made up of a single volume, from which only the bathroom with WC is reserved. The bedroom for 3 people is located on the hambálkách. For 2 people a 2-bed room is provided in the living area.
