There are many ocean view condos in Kona but only a few beach front. This is a rare find. This area was home to the king and there are many ancient ruins on the grounds. My place is close to restaurants and dining, the beach, family-friendly activities, public transport, and nightlife. The air conditioned two bedroom, two bath home has a full kitchen, in-home laundry, dishwasher and great island inspired furnishings. Parking is just outside the front door, so no lugging bags.
