In der oberen Etage der Wohnung (EG) befinden sich Wohnraum inklusive Schlafzimmer und eigener Küche mit Spülmaschine, Kaffemaschine, Toaster, u.v.m. Wenn man über die Treppe nach unten geht, findet man sich in einem kleinen Flur wieder über den man in das hübsche Vollbad gelangt. Die S-Bahn fährt direkt gegenüber.

Moin Moin, Ich bin Felix und wohne sehr zentral in Hamburg Sankt Georg in einer 84 m2 großen Wohnung mit insgesamt 2 Zimmern, 1 Badezimmer sowie ein Balkon. Von hier aus kannst du in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Die Außenalster ist direkt vor der Tür. Der Hauptbahnhof und alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel befinden sich nur 5min zu Fuß entfernt. Auf der Langen Reihe, findest du in unmittelbarer Umgebung viele Restaurants, Bars, Kneipen und vieles mehr.

You will be living where Hamburg is most attractive even for the Hamburgers! Located in the middle of the Karolinenviertel, you will love my accommodations because of the authentic, special flair. In a few minutes, you can reach the city center, the recreational mile ¨Reeperbahn¨ as well as the Hamburg harbor. The Messe area is two minutes nearby. My accommodations are suitable for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.

Der perfekte Mix- citynah und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Dieses Apartment bietet Schlafplätze für bis zu vier Personen. Ein Kinderbett ist möglich auf Anfrage. Ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und eine kleine Küche ist vorhanden. 2Min zu Fuß bis zur Außenalster. 5Min zu Fuß bis zur U-Bahn Haltestelle Uhlandstraße. Vielfältige Gastromie und Shoppingmöglichkeiten (Neuer Wall, Jungfernstieg, Europapassage) in direkter Nähe, ein Katzensprung in die HafenCity, gut ein Kilometer zur Reeperbahn.

Hier gibt es alles was man braucht, um einen perfekten Aufenthalt in Hamburg zu verleben. Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet. Optimal ist eine Belegung mit 2 Erwachsenen + 1 - 2 Kindern. Das zweite Bett ist ein Etagenbett. Unten hat es 1,20m x 2,00 und oben 0,90 x 2,00 m. Der obere Teil ist für Kinder von 6-12 Jahren geeignet.
