The Gorgeous Historic Monroe House

The historic Monroe House was built in 1920, recently upgraded with more refined finishes. The Monroe House’s 1st floor Airbnb apartment offers luxurious King and Queen size beds, a fully stocked kitchen, full laundry, gig speed wifi with room to entertain. The back area provides two private parking spaces—walking distance to Ponce City Market, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and Piedmont Park. The Airbnb is the convenient 1st floor apartment of a duplex. Two lovely rooms plus a bath are waiting for you in Candler Park. Separated from the other parts of the house, with a private entrance off the front porch. Lots of peace and quiet, and we are frequently gone and don't keep up much noise.
