Within walking distance to the golf course, guests love the unbeatable location that keeps you close to everything while offering a peaceful place to unwind. We have 2 comfortable queen beds, a cozy fireplace, a large dining table, fully stocked kitchen, and spa-like bathroom - as well as in-unit laundry, and high speed internet.

Covered parking spot and convenient split-level entry. Enjoy the spectacular sites and adventures the landscape this area offers: beautiful national recreation area, state parks with reservoirs, world-famous dinosaur bones, fossils, pictographs and petroglyphs.

Quiet residential neighboorhood. Situated in downtown Vernal. Both on and off street parking. Two large shade trees in the fully fenced back yard. Old fashioned tire swing. Covered patio with table and chairs. Two chain link dog kennels. A new furnace and central air conditioning unit were installed. The basement stays comfortably cool as most basements do. New mattresses were placed on all six beds on April 1, 2023.

Downtown Hideout

Your group will love being within 2 blocks of Western Park, Uintah Conference Center, and the ice rink. Walk another 3 blocks to local breweries and resturants. Our house is equipped with a full kitchen and everything needed to cook a meal if you choose. Comfy queen size beds in both bedrooms. A pack-n-play crib is available upon request. 42" roku TV in the living room. Living room couch can accommodate 1 more guest.

The Cottage - 1Bedroom/2Bed -Sleeps Four

A small, cozy cottage located one block away from the heart of downtown Vernal. The space is decorated with comfortable modern furnishing with a slight retro touch. This space would be perfect for a couple, small family or group of four. Inside you’ll find all the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable stay and in the backyard there is a barbecue and seating area, perfect for an enjoyable summer evening.

Enjoy a Hot Tub, Above-Ground Pool, & Fire Pit, Walk to a beautiful park, 5-10 minutes to any local Grocery Store or Restaurant, & just a 17 minute drive to the Dinosaur National Monument. (2026 UPDATE: Due to drought conditions the pool and hot tub will not operate in 2026)
