Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this property has a shared waterfront observation deck, ice machine, fish cleaning station, bath house, washer and dryer, grill & refrigerator. Owner's boat ramp on site. Three other RV spots on site make this property perfect for family vacations. No pets allowed in this camper-no exceptions. **Dockage may be available for an additional fee.

Steinhatchee is a Golf-Cart community, so come join the fun. *Note - There are two beds with a partition wall for privacy, but the beds are not in private rooms.

Boat Parking directly in front of the house, visible and safe at all times! Wifi is available within the house for streaming when not taking advantage of the outdoor activities. Note: For prior guests, the Floating Dock sustained damage during hurricane, message us before hand for an update if dock is needed.

Across the river is Conservation Land so you will hear lots of birds, crickets, owls, and frogs. If you’re lucky you may even spot deer, wild boar, bobcats, otter, gators or manatee. This is a natural "Old Florida " environment complete with critters and bugs. Bug spray is recommended when outdoors in the warmer months.
