Velkommen til et lyst og moderne enderekkehus på 112 m², med tre soverom – perfekt for familier eller venner som ønsker god plass og nydelige omgivelser. Her får du en diger solrik terrasse og en egen balkong, begge med fantastisk sjøutsikt. Sandstrand ligger kun 4 minutters gange fra huset, og både fotballbane og volleyballbane er tilgjengelig i nærheten – Rett nedenfor huset finner du en vakker tursti du kan følge langs havet til flere strender og et galleri ( F15) med café og Røed Gård.

Tilrettelagt for å nyte late dager i solen. På fellesarealet er det flere strandsoner og lekeplasser i direkte nærheten av hytten. Hytten er over 2 plan og byr på stor stue, kjøkken med stor spiseplass, 3 romslige soverom (8 - 10 sengeplasser) og 2 bad. Det er mulighet for båtplass på bryggeanlegg mot tillegg.

Hytteidyll 35 min fra Oslo, ved innsjøen Mjær. Koselig hytte med fantastisk beliggenhet med privat sandstrand, flytebrygge, båt med elmotor, kajakk og kano. Hytta har Wifi på 5G. Svært gode solforhold, kveldsol og vakre solnedganger. Alt på hytta kan disponeres, båt med elektrisk påhengsmotor, kajakk og kano. Det er en grunn og barnevennlig sandstrand. 10-12 meter ut er det gode dypdeforhold. Gode fiskemuligheter, med forskjellige lokale fiskeslag TVen er tilkoblet med Apple TV

Cabin by the sea.

Great cabin where you live "on" the water. The cabin is located at Ystehede, by the Iddefjorden, about 10 km from the center of Halden. Here, guests have access to a floating jetty with a bathing ladder, as well as a beach consisting of stone and sand. Here there is outdoor furniture, a gas grill and opportunities to moor your own boat. Here there are many hiking trails in the forest and if you have your own boat you can fish or take the sea route to Halden and on to the Hvalerøyene.

Cosy cabin with fantastic view

Cosy cabin with a great view. 200 meters to the nearest beach and 800 meters to a big public beach. Sun from 8 am to 10 pm in the summer. Large terrace on three levels. Kitchen holds a modern standard. Main cabin holds to bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), living room, dining area (with a kitchen sofa that can be made in to a double bed) and kitchen. Second cabin is the bathroom and third cabin is a bedroom. Note: The third cabin is without electricity.

There is a private fenced, sheltered garden where you can enjoy the hot tub with birdsong and something good in the glass. Leiligheten er i utgangspunktet beregnet for 4 gjester, men mulighet for opptil maksimalt 6. Dette kan avtales med utleier. 2 gjester vil da måtte overnatte på reiseseng/sovesofa.

The cabin is conveniently located just a one-hour drive from both Oslo and Gardermoen. Its elevated position allows you to enjoy the magnificent view of Hemnessjøen, a popular lake for fishing all year round. During the summer, you can even borrow a boat to explore the lake. Additionally, there are some wonderful hiking areas in close proximity to the cabin, offering opportunities for outdoor adventures and connecting with nature.
