L'appartement étant située au 3ème étage et donc 2 étages au-dessus du bar, légère nuisances sonore possible surtout le week-end.

I own restaurants in this street so customers are welcome to eat all the traditional belgian specialities and pizza pasta from 10:30am until 24:00 midnight. Located at 30 meters from central station in one of the most famous art galeries of Brussels an independent small artist house on two floors( livingroom and bedroom ) with a cute terrace and walls full of beautiful art .All comfort available and a perfect night sleep guaranteed by absolut silence and that in the full center of Brussels . The entire estate was built in 1860's. The owner lives in the first part of the estate and always available in his art gallery . You are very welcome .
