Monday-Friday 8-5 we're not a quiet corner but on any night it’s relaxing, providing a restful night. Our neighbor, Race & Religious, hosts weddings with live music but never past 11PM. Elegant Flat in Historic Lower Garden District

This Victorian era apartment has great natural light, huge windows, antique furniture, high ceilings, great architectural detail. Queen size bed with Casper mattress, well appointed kitchen with cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, cookware, dishes, flatware. All linens, towels, products provided. The front balcony overlooking Race St, two doors from Magazine St and MoJo Coffee, is a great place for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Wonderfully walkable neighborhood.

Jones Point Inn - Great Fishing-Swamp Tours

This is the place for you if you have booked a Charter Fishing Trip in Lafitte, LA. Very easy on-boarding to any of the local Charter Fisherman as the property is located on the Inter-coastal Waterway. Advise your Charter Captain that you are staying right next to Frank's boat launch in Crown Point and they may pick up there. Lafitte, LA is home to some of the best fishing in South Louisiana. Great place to Relax at this peaceful cottage. Swamp Tours nearby (2 blocks away).

Renovated Arts District Townhouse Steps to FQ

Beautiful new renovation occupying the second and third floors of a historic townhouse in a prime downtown location with great restaurants on the doorstep. Open plan living room, dining room and kitchen. There is a pool table room with balcony access overlooking a beautiful courtyard. Smart TVs with cable. Spacious master suite with king bed, living area with TV and large modern bathroom with soaking tub. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and one with two twin beds.

This FUN, OASIS home has 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen, 2 dining areas, and 2 1/2 baths. It's located in a SAFE and POPULAR area of New Orleans, and it has a private HOT TUB , swimming POOL, and a ping pong, and pool table! My vacation rental is located right off the FAMOUS Magazine Street and within walking distance to LOTS of restaurants, boutique stores, art galleries, coffee shops, bars, grocery stores, drug stores, the St Charles streetcar and RTA bus stop. :-)
