Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. "Casa Pina" is situated in the silent foothills of the Barone fortress, couple of minutes away from historical part of Šibenik and its other tourist attractions. This stone house is more than 100 years old and it has been newly renovated and adapted, as well as fully equipped, in 2017. NP Krka se nalazi na 10minuta vožnje automobilom, centar grada je 5km a do prve plaže s besplatnim parkingom 2,5km. Domaćin priča Engleski i Njemački jezik.

My studio apartment is near Skradin, town with restaurants, beach and public transport. National park Krka and Prokljan lake is 2 km away and easy to reach. Highway is 2 km away and the closest airport is 30 km away. You will like my place because of the beautiful nature, the view, the location and the coziness. The environment is very quiet and calm. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families.
