Each apartment extends over an entire floor. The area of ​​one apartment is 85 m2. Each apartment looks almost identical and is equipped in the same way. Each apartment consists of a kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a spacious balcony. Each apartment is rented separately on Airbnb.

Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built, fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and parasol by the pool.

Enjoy a delightful vacation in this charming holiday home with a pool. Villa Joy features two similarly decorated floors, connected by exterior stairs, providing an ideal setup for two families. The fenced-in grounds offer a safe space for carefree barbecuing, playing with your children, taking a refreshing dip in the pool or enjoying sun on sun loungers. Jadranovo beach with white sand is less than 5-minute walk from the house.

Villa Jelena

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.
