On Jackson Lake, 1 hr from Atlanta, our cottage with private dock (with kayaks-two adult and one child size) is the perfect spot to unwind. With photo-ready furnishings, white cotton and linen bedding, and subtle antique decor, our cottage exudes a warm vibe that will make you feel right at home. Please, no wild parties or drug use. Our neighbors don't deserve to hear or smell any nonsense. Thank you!

This tree house, also named, “ The Fire Tower” was custom built 40+ ft off of the ground on the highest point of a 200+ acre farm in Jackson, Georgia. A mile and a half back in the woods you will hear nothing but the calming sounds of nature. The Fire Tower is ideal for a couple whom is looking for a break and some much needed relaxation. Complimenting the Fire Tower is a King Sized bed, sound system, Satellite TV, kitchenette, garden tub/ Rain Fall Shower, Gas Grille, Hot tub and SO MUCH MORE!

The guesthouse is a studio barndominium on our 15 acre property, with dedicated parking and private entrance away from our primary house. Surrounded by woods and nature, you'll enjoy peaceful, quiet nights listening to soothing sounds of wildlife. Very private location to enjoy with fenced yard and fire pit. Located halfway between the historic town squares of McDonough and Covington. Close to Jackson Lake. Just 35 miles to Atlanta. Dogs welcome: Under 40lbs. Yard is small, so 1 dog max.

The 1811 Cottage is as unique as the 120 acre farm it sits on with it's wide heart pine plank walls, ceilings, floors, and the duel fireplaces. This historic settler's home features a living room, master bedroom on the main floor, and a huge sleeping loft, making it comfortable and cozy for one to six guests. Modern additions include a large bathroom with claw foot tub and shower and a nicely equipped, yet tiny kitchenette. The front porch is a great spot for that early morning cup of coffee!

Spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home, right on the water of Jackson Lake, ~ 20 min drive from Monticello, Covington and Jackson, GA, known for Vampire Diaries and Stranger Things! Swim, fish, ski, kayak or just relax on the deck, dock or patio and enjoy the view of the lake. Boat ramp located within one mile of the property. Home features a swimming dock and a dock for boat hookup for the duration of the stay. 10% discount for weekly rentals. No smoking, vaping or pets allowed.

Guest Suite in Historic Covington

Enjoy a unique experience at The Pirate House guest suite in historic Covington. Located in a beautifully decorated circa 1910, New Orleans style home. Just a half mile walk to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Covington and even closer to many popular filming locations. While this home has not been used for filming, all of the surrounding properties have and it is mentioned on local tours due to its unique design & eccentric holiday decor that is displayed year round.

10 minutes from downtown Covington and 35 minutes from the east side of Atlanta. Enjoy a peaceful, unique experience in a quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty of outdoor space and resident chickens. This 1 bed/1 bath features a kitchenette and shower/tub combo. Wifi and Roku included. The suite is attached to the main home by a patio roof but does not share an entrance or heating/AC with the main home (about 25 ft between them). Pets welcome, no cleaning fees or pet fees!
