The apartment is located in the middle floor (1st floor). It is suitable for up to 4 persons, centrally heated and air-conditioned. Fully furnished apartment includes: entrance with wardrobe, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with kitchen, dining table and 4 chairs, Led TV and a couch (130 x 190 cm) for two persons, bedroom with sea view and two beds We assure you that you will be excited about our extensive garden. In the shade of our pine trees, cypress and laurel bushes you will be delighted to use: table and 4 chairs, solid wooden deckchair along with sunbathing cushion and a folding deckchair, outdoor shower, fitness area among the cypress trees, swing on a pine, direct access from the garden to the beach, gas grill, free parking in front of the house, free Wi-Fi internet in the apartment and in the garden. Our house is certainly ideal also for families with children. Every moment you can "jump" in the apartment directly from the pebble beach without tiring walking or driving. Do mestne plaže Svetilnik imate 10min peš in zelo čisto morje z naravno senco borovcev. Visoke temperature morja omogočajo kopanje do oktobra. Nastanitev je v območju kolesarske proge PARENZANA. S kolesom ob morju do Kopra, izpod stoletnih borovcev ali pot proti Portorožu in Piranu, kjer sta dva vzpona in tunela stare železnice, lepi razgledi na mesto Izola

It is in the quiet residential area with spacious living room and kitchen, large terrace and three separate bedrooms. Guests can use the shared BBQ and ping-pong table. You will stay around 5 minutes walk to the sea and 10 minutes walk to city center. The nearest beach is around 8 min walk (Defin beach).
