Tucked away in Waterloo, 5min walk to Open Polytechnic, our private guest studio is cosy & comfy. Your own entrance & outdoor area in the trees & native bird life. A very comfortable king bed, ensuite bathroom (shower has great pressure!) & everything you’ll need to make a cuppa or heat dinner in the microwave. 2 minute walk to Riverside Drive, Waiwhetu stream & Te Whiti Park. This is a recently renovated one bedroom apartment with great sun and views and a private deck looking out over Kilbirnie and Evans Bay. The apartment has separate access from the main house. Please note that there are stairs (14) leading to the front door. We can set the bedroom up with a king bed or two singles.
