The restroom and large outdoor shower room are steps away and offer a private outdoor shower experience. Ac in room is super cold with queen bed with breathable memory foam mattress provide cozy feel. Beach chairs ,towels, and snorkel masks included. Parking on-site. You can walk to north and south side beaches in 30 minutes or drive in 5-10 minutes . This is an entire first floor unit with huge outside living space, hammocks and grille. Outside (on patio) heated shower. Sweet island feel - beautiful gardens and trade wind breezes. Pick fruits when in season right from the gardens.

Enjoy the private downstairs apartment in our two-story house. It features a full open kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, a queen bed in the bedroom with AC, a sofa that pulls out to become a second bed, and a shower with hot water. There is smart TV. The entrance is private and parking is right in front of the apartment. It's located in Villa Borinquen, a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk from the ferry station and surf breaks.
